on the Lon Parcwr Business park, Ruthin.
The 450 sq m ground floor is split into different zones to allow
maximum flexibility, and comprises a 400 sq m light industrial
space and 50 sq m of office, communal conference room
facilities, and circulation space.
The 380 sq m first floor has been spit into 2 No office units with
a communal reception space. All of the units within the building
can be let totally independently as they all have toilets, disabled
facilities, and food preparation facilities. All zones are serviced
and metered independently to allow accurate billing.

All units have independent alarm systems and internal
circulation is controlled via door access control systems.
The open plan first floor offices area fitted out with access
flooring and under floor heating, thus maximising wall space
and allowing the tenants maximum flexibility to manage their
space. The largest first floor office has already takes advantage
of this flexibility; a glazed conference room within the open plan
