Cleveland and Clydesdale Towers
Cleveland and Clydesdale Towers are in the heart of
Birmingham and the tallest residential blocks in Europe.
In 1999 they were transferred into ownership of Optima
Community Association and were given substantial
government funding to facilitate complete refurbishment

George Street Improvements, Area 3, Phase 4
This scheme is part of a programme of improvements to
the George Street Estate in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
Previously the properties comprised maisonettes served
by common staircases and balconies and no gardens.
